Medtronic Italy in Milano seeks a seasoned professional to contribute to clinical strategy and product support across our vascular surgery portfolio. You will manage projects, engage with key thought leaders, and communicate clinical outcomes to health systems and researchers.

Requirements include at least 5 years of vascular surgery experience tied to project management and a Baccalaureate degree. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• At least 5 years of vascular surgery experience, mainly tied to project management.
• Experience in support process management, preferably with expertise in off-label requests within the medical field.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Builds relationships and demonstrates the clinical outcome and benefits of company products to thought leaders, medical groups, government agencies, key opinion leaders and health systems, consumer-ready medical products by communicating product-related information to investigators and institutions.
• Provides perspective to field activities associated with growing existing products, and bringing new products to market.
• MD Designation only: Licensed MD may also need bridge communication between sales, marketing and clinical.
• Conducts continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• At least 5 years of vascular surgery experience, mainly tied to project management.
• Experience in support process management, preferably with expertise in off-label requests within the medical field.
• At least a Baccalaureate degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
