Medtronic propone uno stage interdisciplinare nel settore Cardiovascular, all’interno dell’unità Aortic, per acquisire esperienza tra product marketing, operations e finance. La posizione è a Milano/Remote, con inizio previsto a Novembre 2026 e durata di 6 mesi, 40 ore settimanali.

Il tirocinante collaborerà con team Business, Finance e Marketing Leadership in diversi paesi europei e con la sede centrale in Svizzera, contribuendo a progetti di analytics e reporting.

Competenze

• Laureato/a recente o studente all’ultimo anno in Economia o Ingegneria Biomedica.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1 o superiore).
• Conoscenza avanzata della suite MS Office, con focus su Excel (Pivot, Power Query, formule avanzate, VBA/macros).
• Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Power BI (creazione e personalizzazione di dashboard, modellazione dati e reportistica interattiva).
• Approccio proattivo, orientamento all’azione e spiccate capacità analitiche.

Mansioni

• Supportare analisi avanzate delle scorte di prodotto, dinamiche di mercato e performance regionali per generare insight di business.
• Contribuire ai processi di Integrated Business Planning e all’ottimizzazione dell’inventario nell’Europa occidentale, migliorando la disponibilità dei prodotti e riducendo rischi di eccedenze o carenze.
• Sviluppare e migliorare ambienti di analisi dati e reporting relativi alle attività di customer engagement, utilizzando strumenti e tecniche di Data Science.
• Contribuire alla modellazione dei dati, allo sviluppo di dashboard, all’automazione della reportistica e al miglioramento della qualità dei dati.
• Collaborare con i team di Product Management, Marketing Regionale, Finance e stakeholder senior per trasformare gli insight analitici in decisioni di business.

Questo innovativo tirocinio interfunzionale offre un’opportunità unica per acquisire esperienza pratica all’intersezione tra product marketing, operations e finance nel settore healthcare. All’interno del portafoglio Cardiovascular, l’unità operativa Aortic sviluppa approcci minimamente invasivi per ripristinare la corretta struttura e funzionalità dell’aorta. Ci concentriamo sull’utilizzo di endoprotesi vascolari (stent graft) per il trattamento di aneurismi e dissezioni della più grande arteria del corpo umano, l’aorta. Offriamo una posizione che ti permetterà di collaborare a stretto contatto con i team Business, Finance e Marketing Leadership in diversi Paesi dell’Europa occidentale, nonché con la sede centrale in Svizzera.

Responsabilità principali

Le responsabilità possono includere, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo:

• Supportare analisi avanzate delle scorte di prodotto, delle dinamiche di mercato e delle performance regionali per identificare trend, rischi e opportunità e generare insight di business concreti.
• Contribuire ai processi di Integrated Business Planning e all'ottimizzazione dell’inventario nell’Europa occidentale, migliorando la disponibilità dei prodotti e riducendo al minimo i rischi di eccedenze o carenze.
• Sviluppare e migliorare continuamente ambienti di analisi dati e reporting relativi alle attività di customer engagement, utilizzando strumenti e tecniche di Data Science.
• Contribuire alla modellazione dei dati, allo sviluppo di dashboard, all’automazione della reportistica, al miglioramento della qualità dei dati, nonché alla definizione e documentazione dei processi, per creare soluzioni analitiche scalabili e sostenibili.
• Collaborare con i team di Product Management, Marketing Regionale, Finance e stakeholder senior per trasformare gli insight analitici in decisioni di business, miglioramenti operativi e presentazioni efficaci.

Conoscenze e competenze richieste

• Laureato/a recente oppure studente/ssa all’ultimo anno di un percorso di laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria Biomedica.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 o superiore).
• Conoscenza avanzata della suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word e Outlook), con particolare focus su Excel (tabelle pivot, Power Query, formule avanzate, VBA/macros).
• Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Power BI (creazione e personalizzazione di dashboard, modellazione dei dati e reportistica interattiva).
• Approccio proattivo, orientamento all’azione e spiccate capacità analitiche.

Costituiscono un plus

• Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
• Forte motivazione ad apprendere e sviluppare nuove competenze.
