Job summary

ALS Italia S.r.l. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to plan and execute visits, grow the customer portfolio, and drive revenue within the Piedmont region. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients and report market insights to the Area Manager.

The role requires a scientific technical background, fluent English, and excellent organization. Proximity to Piedmont and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation and drive for sales.
• Technical education with a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, Geology, Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, Forestry Sciences).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills, self-discipline, and sense of responsibility.
• Resident in Piedmont.

Responsibilities

• Planning customer visits and developing business within the assigned territory.
• Building and strengthening relationships with new customers.
• Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio.
• Sharing market insights and updates with the Area Manager regarding new customers and market needs.
• Using IT and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, CRM, Excel, etc.).
• Keeping up to date with relevant technical and regulatory developments.
