Marposs S.p.A. seeks a Technical Sales professional to join our Turin office, managing and developing the Piedmont customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the technical and sales teams at the Headquarters and across other Marposs Group companies.

The role requires an engineering background, strong selling skills, and frequent travel within the territory to support customers and drive growth. English proficiency is essential.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience gained in industrial environments, supported by a solid technical background.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level).
• Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory and business trips to the Bentivoglio Headquarters and other Group companies.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar technical sales role within the mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic sectors will be considered an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage, develop, and retain the customer portfolio within the Piedmont area.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide technical and commercial consulting to determine the most suitable Marposs solutions for customers' application requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reporting on activities performed.
