Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, is seeking an Account Manager for North‑East Italy. The role focuses on growing revenue in public and private histopathology labs, promoting instruments, reagents and digital solutions, and managing complex tender processes.

You will develop strategic plans, work with pathologists and hospital procurement, and travel within the territory to build durable customer relationships while delivering cross‑functional collaboration and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; life-science background preferred.
• Experience in a commercial sales role within diagnostics or healthcare.
• Proven territory management with revenue and growth targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English and fluent Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable commercial growth across Northern Veneto, Trentino‑Alto Adige and Friuli‑Venezia Giulia.
• Promote Leica Biosystems portfolio of instruments, consumables, reagents and digital solutions.
• Manage public and private histopathology laboratories and tender processes.
• Develop strategic account plans and build trusted relationships with pathologists and hospital staff.
• Own territory plan, funnel, forecasting and account priorities to meet revenue targets.
