Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks an Account Manager North-East Italy to drive sustainable growth across Northern Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. You will manage public and private histopathology labs and promote the full Leica portfolio of instruments, consumables, reagents and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; life sciences background preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication with scientific and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
• Own territory plan, sales funnel, forecasting and account priorities.
• Promote Leica portfolio across instruments, consumables, reagents and digital solutions.
• Lead complex, consultative sales processes including tender discussions.
• Build strong relationships with pathologists and hospital stakeholders.
