Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks an Account Manager for North-East Italy to drive sustainable growth in histopathology labs across Northern Veneto, Trentino‑Alto Adige and Friuli‑Venezia Giulia. You will promote instruments, consumables, reagents and digital solutions to public and private labs.

We value a biology/life sciences background, strong sales experience, and fluent Italian with English. This role offers remote work eligibility within the territory, plus a company car and meal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; biology/life sciences preferred.
• Experience in commercial sales, preferably medical devices or diagnostics.
• Proven territory management and revenue growth.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Business-level English and fluent Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities across public and private histopathology laboratories.
• Own the territory plan, sales funnel, forecasting and account priorities to meet revenue targets.
• Promote and sell Leica Biosystems portfolio: instruments, consumables, reagents and digital solutions.
• Manage consultative sales processes, including needs assessment, value proposition, pricing negotiations and tender discussions.
• Develop strategic account plans and build trusted relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers and hospital stakeholders.
