HHLA PLT Italy is seeking a skilled Planner to prepare and coordinate vessel, yard, and rail plans to ensure smooth terminal operations and on-time cargo movements.

You will work with multiple teams, validate load lists, allocate yard space, and adjust plans in real time to match vessel schedules and container/RORO dynamics, while complying with safety and IMDG rules. Proficiency with NAVIS N4 or similar TOS is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma; degree in logistics or related field is advantageous.
• 2–4 years in terminal or vessel planning recommended.
• Experience in container or RORO terminals is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare vessel stowage plans and allocate yard space.
• Validate load/discharge lists and DG documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, cargo control, and documentation teams.
• Provide real-time plan updates to execution teams.
• Ensure planning complies with safety rules and IMDG regulations.
