Hhla Plt in Trieste seeks a Planner to prepare and coordinate vessel, yard, and rail plans ensuring efficient cargo flow and smooth terminal operations. You will support operational planning in a container/RORO environment, using NAVIS N4 or similar TOS and other planning tools.

The role requires 3+ years in terminal operations, strong analytical skills, and fluent Italian and English communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in terminal operations, yard planning, or vessel planning.
• Strong understanding of port logistics and yard operations.
• Advanced knowledge of TOS systems and planning tools.
• Education in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field preferred with strong experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate vessel, yard, and rail plans to ensure efficient cargo flow.
• Support operations to maintain smooth terminal processes.
• Interpret stowage plans, yard layouts, and schedules to forecast needs.
