Abbott Laboratories in Italy is seeking a detail-oriented Bids & Tender Specialist to support preparing and submitting public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation with accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to drive opportunities and ensure timely execution, maintain organized tender records, and identify process improvements in tender management.

Competenze

• 2+ years of tender management, commercial administration, or related experience.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and other customer-related submissions.
• Analyze tender specifications and requirements to support compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to evaluate products, pricing, and commercial conditions.
• Liaise with customers when clarification is required regarding tender or offer details.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
• Communicate awarded tenders, pricing updates, and relevant contractual information to Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.
• Support internal teams with questions related to tender processes and contractual agreements.
• Maintain organized records and archives in line with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and tender management processes.
