Telespazio, part of the Leonardo Space Division, is hiring a Junior Service Management Specialist in IT Service Management and process improvement. You will participate in governance of ITSM platforms, coordinate incidents and changes, and gather requirements from various business units in a dynamic, space-focused environment.

Based in Rome with hybrid working, the role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of workflows and data quality.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management.
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with technical and business teams.

Within the Digital Solutions - Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist , with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows


• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders


• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units


• Design and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data quality


• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)


• Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and interaction with multidisciplinary teams


• Collaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments


• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)


• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools ( ServiceNow or Jira Service Management )


• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams


• Problem-solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation


• Experience working in multi-team and multidisciplinary environments
