Telespazio, part of the Leonardo Space Division, is hiring a Junior Service Management Specialist in IT Service Management and process improvement. You will participate in governance of ITSM platforms, coordinate incidents and changes, and gather requirements from various business units in a dynamic, space-focused environment.

Based in Rome with hybrid working, the role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of workflows and data quality.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management.
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with technical and business teams.

Mansioni

• Support governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring and continuous improvement of workflows.
• Collaborate in incident, change, and request management ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Gather and formalize functional and operational requirements from business units.
• Design and optimize workflows with focus on information flows and data quality.
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting).
• Coordinate project activities including planning, risk management, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Collaborate with infrastructure/security/workplace teams to ensure solution integration.
