Telespazio is seeking a Service Management Specialist to drive ITSM governance, incident, change and request management, and digital transformation initiatives. You will gather requirements from business units and design optimized workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT project or process management, experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall), and fluent English. Hybrid work in Rome with health insurance and learning opportunities.

• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication with both technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management).

Within the Digital Solutions - Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist , with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools ( ServiceNow or Jira Service Management )
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
• Problem-solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
• Experience working in multi-team and multidisciplinary environments

• Strong problem-solving abilities and priority-management skills
• Team-oriented approach and ability to perform under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)
