Tecnimont, MAIRE's flagship company for integrated E&C solutions, invites applications for a Telecom System Engineer in Catania, Italy. You will design, procure, and commission telecom infrastructures and systems, including CCTV, access control, LAN/WAN, and 5G, to support large international plants and energy-transition projects.
We seek candidates with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics, a basic grasp of networks and cybersecurity, and a collaborative, innovative
Competenze
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics or related fields.
- Good knowledge of technical English, both spoken and written.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and result orientation.
- Innovative spirit and interest in emerging technologies (5G, IoT, cybersecurity).
Mansioni
- Design and manage Telecom infrastructures and systems (CCTV, access control, LAN/WAN, radio, telephony, anti-intrusion, WIFI, 5G).
- Prepare material requests and technical documentation with Project Team.
- Follow materials supply cycle and supplier documentation; participate in testing at suppliers' premises.
- Share information across lifecycle with Plant Design, electrical, civil, automation teams.
- Provide on-site technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
- Contribute to new methodologies and update operational standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary international teams to promote growth.
