EXA Infrastructure in Italy is seeking a Field & Facility Engineer to autonomously deliver day-to-day facility and field activities for implementation and network build projects across the region. You will work on multi-technology delivery and maintain data integrity in EXA systems.

The role requires experience in network build, carrier telecoms services, and strong project management with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

Experience in field of network build and carrier telecoms services.
Ability to manage field, facilities, and service delivery activities.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Degree in Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
Good organisational and communication skills.

Mansioni

Produce, maintain, manage and report upon network build and customer projects.
Support the development and design of the network and its expansion.
Carry out network migration activities (outside normal hours, on an occasional basis).
Ensure design changes, works documents, new network deployment and customer deployments are executed per design process.
Provide local multi-vendor telecom field operations and maintenance services to ensure industry leading service performance.
Support and ensure a smooth customer experience with Pre-Sales, Service Delivery and Post-Sales teams for regional orders.
Manage and maintain integrity of data in EXA systems.
Ensure projects are delivered to technical standards.
Assist NOC with escalations to local suppliers during service delivery.
On Call support rota enabling 24x7 cover to fulfil operational activities.
Ensure suppliers work in accordance with local safety rules.
