Job summary

Kardex Remstar is seeking an enthusiastic colleague for our Life Cycle Services team to support the Bologna-area operations. You will perform maintenance and technical support for installed systems, diagnose issues, and help determine modernization needs across Lombardy.

Ideal candidates have a technical background in electrotechnical/electronics/mechanical fields, with readiness for on-call duties and travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrotechnical, Electronics or Mechanical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with diagnostic methods.
• Technical / Mechanical / Electronic background.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and technical support for installed equipment and systems.
• Determine when products need modernization or replacement and help resolve malfunctions.
• Install, configure, calibrate and repair technical products and systems at customer sites.
• Carry out diagnoses remotely.
• Provide periodic breakdown services.

Your tasks

• Periodic breakdown services

Your profile

• Electrotechnical/ Electronics/ Mechanical diploma or comparable experience gained
• Familiar with diagnostic methods;
• Technical / Mechanical / Electronic background.

It is also important that you:

• Are prepared to work outside office hours (weekends or evenings), contingent on the urgence of the issue at hand.
• Are prepared to be periodically available for on-call service.
• Are prepared to travel in the area of Lombardy
• Have a driving license B
