Kardex Remstar, a leading Swiss company in warehouse automation, is strengthening its Italian Life Cycle Services team in Lobardia with a Field Service Technician role. You will service and support installed systems at customer sites, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction across Lombardy.

• Electrotechnical/ Electronics/ Mechanical diploma or comparable experience.
• Some years of work experience in industry and electrical maintenance.
• Enjoy building customer connections and working directly in the field.
• Familiar with diagnostic methods.
• Technical/Mechanical/Electronic background.

• Various maintenance and technical support activities for installed equipment and systems.
• Determine when products need to be modernized or replaced, solve problems and contribute to resolving malfunctions.
• Installing, configuring, calibrating and repairing technical products and systems at the customer's locations.

• Various maintenance and technical support activities for installed equipment and systems.
• You determine when products need to be modernized or replaced, solve problems and contribute to resolving malfunctions.

Your profile

• Electrotechnical/ Electronics/ Mechanical diploma or comparable experience gained
• Some years of work experience and knowledge in the industry and electronical maintenance
• You thrive on building customer connections and find fulfillment working directly in the field
• Familiar with diagnostic methods;
• Technical / Mechanical / Electronic background.

It is also important that you:

• Are prepared to work outside office hours (weekends or evenings), contingent on the urgence of the issue at hand.
• Are prepared to be periodically available for on-call service.
• Are prepared to travel.
• Have a driving license.
