Job summary

Kardex Remstar is a leading Swiss company and global market leader in warehouse automation and intralogistics systems. We seek an enthusiastic new colleague for our Life Cycle Services department to strengthen our Italian team, serving the Bologna area and surrounding Lombardy region.

Your role includes on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and customer support, with an emphasis on reliable service and problem solving while traveling to customer sites and occasionally working outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrotechnical/electronics/mechanical or comparable experience.
• Familiar with diagnostic methods; technical/mechanical/electronic background.
• Prepared to work outside office hours and to be on-call.
• Willing to travel in Lombardy and hold a driving license B.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and technical support for installed equipment and systems.
• Determine when products need modernization or replacement and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Install, configure, calibrate and repair technical products and systems at customer sites.
• Carry out remote diagnostics and periodic breakdown services.
