Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. via its JLG brand is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support internal and external customers by phone, email, or in person, guiding the overhaul of Access equipment in the field through the contact center.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, disseminating service documentation, building a knowledge base, and contributing to New Product Development as a service representative. Travel across Europe is required.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of field experience with related duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel in Europe.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot root causes of technical issues on JLG/Hinowa/AUSA equipment and identify actions to resolve.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and other departments.
• Provide mentorship to junior Technical Support Specialists as needed.
• Communicate service documentation and product updates to customers and team members.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge database for self-help and diagnostic guidance.
• Lead training efforts and coordinate team training meetings.

Conoscenze

Excellent verbal and written English

5+ years of experience in the field

Formazione

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree
