CAREL seeks a Service Engineer to join its After Sales & Services Department at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). The role focuses on 2nd-level trouble tickets and technical support for field operations, with collaboration across R&D and Quality to improve service levels.

The candidate will coordinate commissioning, extraordinary maintenance, and field testing, ensuring knowledge sharing and proper training for local staff, while traveling as required.

Competenze

• At least 3 years specific experience in similar role.
• Engineering degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good English level proficiency.
• Mastery of MS Excel and office tools.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Perform as Technical Engineer for complex and important technical support interventions, in field or remotely.
• Prioritize and plan external assistance for commissioning, maintenance, reports and tests, approving field reports for payment.
• Ensure knowledge level of the team on products, applications and methods, coordinating with Platforms and Knowledge Centre for trainings.
• Support local subsidiaries and Knowledge Centre in mapping knowledge gaps and provide training when necessary.
