Job summary

Fuller Technologies Italy seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance to customers and field service technicians, troubleshoot electrical, automation, PLC and drive-related issues, and support commissioning and maintenance.

You will work with PLC languages and ABB/CT drives, read electrical diagrams and documentation, and prepare technical records. Occasional travel (~30%) is required.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support industrial drives, particularly ABB and Control Techniques (CT).
• Maintain clear technical documentation and service-related information.
• Use the Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for daily activities, reporting, and technical documentation.
• Cooperate with engineering, service, and other technical departments when escalation is required.
• Be available for short business trips when on-site technical assistance is necessary.

About the role

The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution related to packaging and dispatching systems. The successful candidate will have a strong hands-on technical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support customers and technicians effectively in time-critical situations.
