CATL invites you to join as an overseas ESS project specialist, collecting and analyzing technical requirements, communicating with clients, and designing ESS solutions based on client needs.

You will identify risks, prepare bidding documents, negotiate technical agreements, and maintain strong client relationships while translating local market needs into competitive product demands.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in energy/engineering majors.
• Experiences with renewable energy systems and energy storage.
• 5+ years in energy projects preferred.
• Excellent English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
• Strong analytical and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities：

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.

• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
• Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
• Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) .
• Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. xysqume
