CATL is seeking a technically skilled engineer to collect and analyze overseas ESS project requirements and design tailored energy storage solutions. You will communicate with clients, prepare bidding documents, identify risks, and support contract negotiations to drive successful project delivery.

The role requires a strong background in renewable energy or electrical engineering, experience with microgrid energy storage systems, and solid English reading and writing skills to engage

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy or related field.
Experience with microgrid energy storage systems.
5+ years in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation).
Ability to read English technical specs; proficient in English.

Mansioni

Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions; prepare bidding documents.
Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
Prepare and negotiate technical agreements.
