CATL is seeking a technically skilled engineer to collect and analyze overseas ESS project requirements and design tailored energy storage solutions. You will communicate with clients, prepare bidding documents, identify risks, and support contract negotiations to drive successful project delivery.

The role requires a strong background in renewable energy or electrical engineering, experience with microgrid energy storage systems, and solid English reading and writing skills to engage

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy or related field.
• Experience with microgrid energy storage systems.
• 5+ years in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation).
• Ability to read English technical specs; proficient in English.

Responsibilities：

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.

• Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
• Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
• Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) .
• Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. xlwpduy
