CATL in Italy is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects and design tailored energy storage solutions for clients in Rome. You will prepare bidding documents and communicate with customers to translate needs into actionable designs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical or automation.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation/distribution systems.
• Experience with energy storage projects and overseas regions is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
• Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
• Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) .
• Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
