CATL in Italy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead overseas energy storage projects. You will coordinate with customers, identify needs, and work with account PMs to structure high-value opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years PM experience, English fluency, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across departments to ensure commissioning, after-sales tasks, and program delivery on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and logical thinking.
• Strong data analysis and report writing abilities.
• Proven PM experience with at least 3 years.
• Experience with overseas projects preferred (ESS or Li-ion battery).
• Proficient in English.

Mansioni

• Connect with overseas energy storage customers in the UK and related firms to build relationships and identify high-value opportunities.
• Assist account PM in coordinating critical meetings and addressing key issues at the customer side.
• Coordinate multiple customer contact points and strengthen face-to-face communication management.
• Coordinate internal resources with sales and development teams to qualify and engage customers.
• Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments to ensure commissioning progress and resolve cross-department issues.
• Establish program team, lead programs, and manage schedule, quality, cost, and risk.
• Manage the onsite PM team and provide training to improve capability.
