Do IT Now is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist in Collegno (TO) with hybrid work options after the training period. You will support the Sales team in early product selection and configuration, create hardware configurations and quotations, and manage orders and customer relationships.

Requirements include IT-related education, 1–2 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of networking, Linux, PC/server assembly, and strong English (B1) and Italian (C1) language skills.

• Good IT knowledge: networking, Linux distributions, PC/server assembly.
• Fair knowledge of Office, Excel.
• English knowledge at least B1.

Job Definition

Do IT Now is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to support the Sales team during the initial phases of selecting and configuring the company’s hardware products.

Activities

Collaboration and Administration:

• Actively collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration departments.
• Manage the transmission of billing data, periodic controls, and the correct association of invoices/clients.
• Manage administrative activities related to suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Enter purchase orders to suppliers.

Support and Sales:

• Support clients in identifying the most suitable products for their needs.
• Assist the Sales team in sales activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Configuration and Quotations:

• Create hardware configurations and software solutions through the portals of various vendors and partners.
• Draft detailed technical quotations.

Business Development and Customer Care:

• Identify potential new clients and manage the first contact, building positive and
• continuous relationships.
• Provide constant technical support and in-depth information on the company’s products.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma preferably in the IT field.
• Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in similar roles.
• Good IT knowledge: networking, Linux distributions, theoretical/practical knowledge of PC/server assembly.
• Fair knowledge of the Office suite – particularly Excel.
• English language knowledge at least B1.
• Italian language knowledge at least C1/mother tongue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.

Selection steps
