Sprinklr Italia Srl is seeking an experienced professional to lead solution design and implementation in Milan. This role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, owning the design of technical artifacts, and collaborating with consultants.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, hands-on experience with Sprinklr platform, and be fluent in English and Italian. The position requires onsite presence three days a week.

Overview

Sprinklr is an AI‑native Unified Customer Experience Management platform that helps brands deliver extraordinary customer experiences at scale across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation, reviewing solution designs, evaluating implementation strategies, and providing consultation and design approaches to stakeholders.
• Own the design and creation of technical artifacts such as security compliance documentation and operational foundations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to produce comprehensive architecture, low‑level designs (LLDs), and an architectural blueprint for digital transformation.
• Implement best practices and configuration guidelines to guarantee instance health, workflow, and Sprinklr best‑practice adherence.
• Enforce UAT and sandbox protocol compliance to maintain system health throughout the configuration lifecycle.
• Support project delivery and handover, collaborating with consultants to transition to customer success teams and provide oversight during the design phase.
• Share thought leadership, industry use cases, and lessons learned to continuously improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about Managed Services initiatives on assigned accounts, ensuring alignment and continuity across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and consulting, focusing on complex CCaaS/digital transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with Sprinklr platform implementations and integrations.
• Experience in telco/call center network/infrastructure, SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture, and Fortune 500 environments.
• Proficient in telephony, network, database, core data design, security, and integrations.
• Skilled with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and platform authentication methods (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Knowledge of relational databases and MongoDB.
• Able to work with functional business leaders to develop outcome‑focused roadmaps and requirements.
• Proactive, quick learner, strong team player with deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.

Location and Work Arrangements

Based in Milan, Italy. The role requires onsite presence at customer premises three days per week.
