Sprinklr Italia Srl is looking for a Global Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Milan. You will manage the end-to-end delivery while working from the client site three days a week. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS programs and strong client-management skills.

Global Program Manager – Sprinklr

Sprinklr is an AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management that helps enterprises deliver consistent customer experiences across social media, marketing, advertising, feedback, and omnichannel contact center management.

Job Overview

Lead a strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client in Milan, Italy, managing the end‑to‑end delivery while working from the client site three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery.
• Ensure that overall program is effective, running individual projects according to schedule and staying within budget.
• Develop relationships and ensure the participation of key client and internal stakeholders and executives.
• Develop knowledge of the Sprinklr platform components and module synergies to create realistic project plans and high‑level solutions.
• Ensure each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all stakeholders.
• Manage client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes for the client.
• Set the tone for the team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery.
• Provide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public‑sector, or highly regulated clients.
• Ability to operate from the customer premises three days per week, manage executive interactions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive client‑management experience with business owners and executive‑level clients.
• Experience managing projects in IT, SaaS, social, or software environments.
• Experience with multi‑geo, multicultural delivery teams.
• Prior experience delivering programs in Italy or with Italian enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
• Experience on large‑scale project management in leading multi‑organizational initiatives, driving team accountability to achieve goals.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project, departmental and enterprise risks.
• Strong influencing and negotiation/mediation skills.
• Ability to motivate people where there is no direct reporting relationship.
• Proven mentoring, supervisory and team‑building skills.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
• Experience in Agile project management is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, etc.) is desirable.
• Must have current and unrestricted work authorization in Italy; visa sponsorship not supported.
