Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect/TPA in Milan to lead design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr platform solutions including CCaaS. You will work with Customers, Engagement Managers, Solution Consultants, and Product teams from pre-sales scoping to solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in architect and consulting roles, focusing on complex CCaaS/digital transformation.
• Sprinklr Platform and solutioning experience gained through implementations/integrations using Sprinklr products and solutions.
• Telco/call center network/infrastructure and SaaS/Cloud enterprise architect experience, ideally with Fortune 500.
• Experience in telephony, network, database, core data design, Security, integrations.
• Experience working with business leaders to identify objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Expert level understanding of Call Centre technology stack, CPaaS, CCaaS, workflows and CX systems (CFM, CRM, CSM).
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks.
• Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth authentication patterns.
• Relational databases and MongoDB knowledge.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and implementation: Support the sales process by reviewing solution design and evaluating implementation strategies for TPA accounts.
• Provide consultation to stakeholders on design and approaches, manage technical decisions and identify risks.
• Collaborate with solution consultants and engagement managers to ensure designs meet customer needs.
• Initiate and own design artifacts, security compliance documentation, and operational foundations.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to offer architecture with LLDS and a blueprint for digital transformation.
• Map out solution builds with stakeholders and align architecture with business goals.
• Implement best practices and configuration, ensure instance health and guidance for configurations.
• Enforce UAT and sandbox protocols to ensure compliance during configuration lifecycle.
• Support project delivery and handover to customer success teams; provide design oversight.
• Share best practices and industry use cases to improve customer experience.
