Sprinklr Italia Srl is looking for a Global Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Milan. You will manage the end-to-end delivery while working from the client site three days a week. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS programs and strong client-management skills.

Competenze

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government or regulated clients.
• Ability to manage executive interactions and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams.
