ST is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our team, focusing on Silicon Carbide (SiC) power products. You will own the product lifecycle from conception to obsolescence and apply semiconductor physics to drive device performance.

Responsibilities include defining testing programs, analyzing data to set datasheet specs, improving yields, and supporting product changes. Travel to plants or customers may be required to support on-site activities.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of semiconductor physics, with a focus on Silicon Carbide and power transistor structures.
• Proficiency in circuit analysis and basic statistics.
• Experience with SiC power devices and characterization.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

• Develop and qualify SiC power products across the lifecycle.
• Define testing programs and transition products to production.
• Analyze data to set datasheet specifications.
• Improve yields and implement test improvements.
• Provide customer and plant support, including on-site visits.
• Coordinate site-to-site transfers and material changes.
