NOI Spa in Bolzano is looking for a specialist to develop and manage innovation projects in the green sector. You will coordinate collaborations between companies and research institutions, monitor technological trends, and organize workshops.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has experience in project management, and possesses strong teamwork and collaboration skills. The role offers flexible hours, internal training, and an inspiring work environment.

Finally, the role encompasses the organisation of events and technical workshops, as well as supporting technology transfer.

• Development, management, and coordination of innovation projects
• Technical consulting and strategic support for companies and industry stakeholders

• Monitoring of technological trends and identification of project opportunities in collaboration with companies

You:

• hold a degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
• have professional experience in the green sector
• have ideally, experience in project management
• have the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (industry, research, institutions)
• have a proactive working style, autonomy, and results orientation
• have teamwork skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary environmentsh
• have a very good knowledge of Italian and German, good knowledge of English
