Fruitservice GmbH in Bolzano is looking for an Employee IT Support & Infrastructure (m/f/d) to assist employees through IT helpdesk services. As a member of a motivated team, you will conduct error analysis and support the provision of new workstations, contributing to the development of our IT infrastructure.

The role offers a modern office environment with continuous training, health programs, and various employee benefits. The starting salary is €30,000 gross annually, with potential increases based on experience.

Competenze

• Completed training/education in the field of IT.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of networking and Office 365 is an advantage.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Good language skills in German and English; Italian is an advantage.

Employee IT Support & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

• Conducting error analysis, along with resolving hardware, software, and telecommunications system issues
• Provision and setup of new workstations
• Forwarding complex requests (internally or to external service providers) and assisting in problem resolution
• Creation, administration, and maintenance of employee accounts and permissions
• Support in the operation of the existing IT infrastructure and systems
• Contribution to the further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support in IT projects
