NOI Spa in Bolzano is seeking a technical expert to enhance the Green department, focusing on Water Technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to R&D projects, analyze technological needs, and evaluate innovations.

A degree in civil or environmental engineering and experience in water technologies are required. The position offers flexible working hours and various benefits aimed at fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Position Overview

To strengthen the Green department, we are looking for a technical expert with experience and interest in innovation to join us in the field of "Water Technologies," which, together with "Energy Systems" and "Sustainable Buildings & Districts," represents one of our key focus areas.

Job Responsibilities

Within the scope of our three core services: R&D Consulting, Networking & Cooperation, Know-how Transfer Event, you will in particular be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of R&D projects and funded project proposals
• Participating in pilot projects
• Analyzing companies’ technological needs
• Supporting the development of innovative solutions
• Evaluating emerging technologies
• Facilitating and initiating collaborations between companies, research centers, and startups
• Carrying out consulting activities, technology scouting, and trend analysis
• Organizing technology-related events

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field
• Have professional experience in the field of water technologies
• Have project management skills
• Demonstrate adaptability, teamwork skills, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Have an excellent command of German and Italian and a good knowledge of English
