NOI S.p.A. in South Tyrol Italy is seeking a technical expert for the Sustainable Buildings & Districts focus area to drive innovation and collaboration across industry and research partners.

You will contribute to R&D projects, analyze technology needs, and support the transfer of know-how in a connected, international environment. The role involves coordinating pilots, evaluating emerging technologies, and organizing events that foster industry collaborations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Experience driving sustainability initiatives in the building sector.

To strengthen the Green department, we are looking for a technical expert with experience and interest in innovation to join us in the field of “Sustainable Buildings & Districts,” which, together with “Energy Systems” and “Water Technologies,” represents one of our key focus areas.

You will in particular be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of R&D projects and funded project proposals
• Participating in pilot projects
• Analyzing companies’ technological needs
• Supporting the development of innovative solutions
• Evaluating emerging technologies
• Facilitating and initiating collaborations between companies, research centers, and startups
• Carrying out consulting activities, technology scouting, and trend analysis
• Organizing technology-related events

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• hold a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field;
• have professional experience in the field of sustainability in construction;
• have project management skills;
• demonstrate adaptability, teamwork skills, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently;
• have an excellent command of German and Italian and a good knowledge of English.
