Now Vision Ltd is looking for an Industry Consultant to join their growing team in Italy, particularly in Pescara or Roma. This role will leverage deep construction knowledge to support client onboarding and enterprise sales.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in construction management roles such as Direttore Lavori or Project Manager, with a strong understanding of payment and validation processes. The Role

We’re building the GTM team in Italy and we’re looking for an Industry Consultant, a hybrid figure (ex Direzione Lavori / RUP) who brings to NowVision the technical credibility of the construction site, both in the commercial phase and during customer onboarding.

You are the link between the real construction site and the NowVision product. You work alongside sales and customer success to bring the product onto the field with the credibility of someone who has actually managed a construction site.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise sales by joining the Account Executive in technical meetings: translate NowVision’s value into the language of those who sign SAL, manage disputes, and make acceptance decisions
• Run the technical onboarding on site for new clients: validation model configuration, WBS mapping, alignment with client workflows
• Validate the AI validation outputs together with the client in the first weeks of use: you are the guarantee that output is objectively correct according to industry standards
• Collect structured feedback from the field and transfer it to the Product Manager for continuous improvement of the verification engine
• Represent NowVision in authoritative technical contexts: ANCE webinars, professional order events, technical tables with industry associations
• Develop case studies together with the Marketing Manager, starting from the real construction site

Must‑have

• 10+ years of direct experience as Direttore Lavori, RUP, Direttore di Cantiere, construction Project Manager, or equivalent roles on public, infrastructure, or high‑end residential works
• Managed SAL, disputes, acceptance, variants on either the contractor or the awarding station side
• Deep knowledge of payment and validation processes on site: what can be accounted for, what can’t, where disputes originate
• Familiar with BIM, 3D models, and schedules (without necessarily being a pure BIM specialist)
• A person of both site and office: you can speak with a site foreman and a CFO in the same morning
• Italian native speaker, English at least B2 (some clients have foreign HQs, some materials are in EN)
• Comfortable with digital tools and curious about AI applied to the sector

Nice‑to‑have

• Registration with Albo Ingegneri or Architetti
• Experience with large awarding stations (FS, ANAS, Terna, Snam, RFI) or large real estate developers
• Experience in digital construction / ConTech or hybrid product/field roles
• Background in PNRR, strategic works, linear infrastructure
