Job summary

Risorse Professional is seeking a hybrid Pre-sales, Technical Consulting and Project Management specialist for a leading Fintech company. You will manage enterprise merchants, support API integrations, coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, and troubleshoot complex issues to drive retention.

You will demonstrate integrations in pre-sales, speak with tech roles, support live sessions with merchants, and ensure accurate internal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the payments industry or with payment service providers.
• Ability to use and navigate a ticketing system.
• Nice to have: project management and CMS knowledge (Magento, Prestashop).

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise merchants and coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
• Support API integrations and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive retention and assist Account Managers with upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate live sessions with merchants and internal teams during live interactions; respond to technical issues.
• Communicate features accurately and discuss local payment methods with merchants.

Risorse Professional, a company specialising in the recruitment of middle and senior management, for a leading company specialized in the Fintech sector is looking for a:

Main Responsibilities:

• He manages enterprise merchants, supports technical API integrations, coordinates with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, troubleshoots complex issues, drives retention, supports the Account Managers with upselling opportunities, tests new APM and works daily in English. It's a hybrid role combining Pre-sales, Technical Consulting and Project Management;
• He can intervene in pre-sales phase, to show how easy it is to integrate with the product; he must be able to speak with tech roles;
• He supports integration, shows all the features that we have, and must be accurate in internal communication (what is sold is what is being integrated);
• During the live with merchant : he is available if there's technical issues to coordinate communication with merchant and tech/product teams;
• He speaks with local alternative payment methods, with issuers...

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the payment systems industry / payment service providers
• How to use a ticketing system
• Nice to have: Project management and knowledge of a CMS (Magento, Prestashop)
