RTB House, a leading AI-driven AdTech company, is seeking a digital marketing technical account manager in Milano. You will manage large campaigns, optimize performance, and liaise with clients to align strategies with business goals.

You will analyze data using Excel/Sheets, report insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and Italian required; experience with GA4 is a plus. This role offers a dynamic, international environment.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Mansioni

• Plan the proper initial setup of campaigns based on customers’ needs.
• Execute the setup, optimization, debugging and monitoring of online campaigns.
• Actively respond to escalations relating to integration issues, discrepancies, Brand Safety etc.
• Generate and interpret reporting that yields competitive insights for clients.
• Assist with the requests received through our ticketing system such as Jira.
• Consult and propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals.
• Work with internal and external customers to deliver customized implementation plans and ensure strategy for client success.
