Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking a seasoned Talent and Learning Leader to drive critical skills, talent pipelines and workforce capability as part of a major transformation. You will lead Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, and Workforce Planning in a highly international setting.

The role collaborates with HR Partners and business leaders to foster internal mobility, practical solutions, and scalable learning programs across multiple regions, including Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Management, L&D, Workforce Planning or OD.
• Experience designing competency and career frameworks.
• Strong in leadership development, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and global/matrix organisations.
• Exposure to technology/engineering or telecom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Talent Review and People Review processes.
• Identify key talent and critical roles across the organisation.
• Strengthen succession planning for leadership and expert roles.
• Develop talent pipelines and career development opportunities.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on talent development and retention.
• Ensure talent priorities align with future business needs.
• Define and implement the Group learning strategy.
• Deliver reskilling and upskilling initiatives for GEO-to-LEO transition.
• Oversee learning ecosystem including Docebo and Udemy.
