Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Talent Manager to design, implement and administer learning, talent and employee development across global operations.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen the internal talent pipeline and drive growth through structured development programs. Responsibilities include coordinating L&D activities, supporting leadership development, managing talent reviews and succession planning, and aiding recruitment for internships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning & development programs across functions and locations.
• Support training needs analysis with HR and leaders.
• Attend and drive internal trainings with teams and partners.
• Manage training calendars, communications and records.
