Eutelsat is undergoing a major transformation and seeks a seasoned Talent and Learning leader to shape the skills strategy, workforce planning and capability development across its multi‑orbit organisation.
Based in Europe with roles in London, Paris, or Turin, the role will drive competency frameworks, succession planning and learning platforms, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to deliver measurable impact.
Competenze
- 10+ years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or similar roles.
- Experience designing competency, career and talent frameworks.
- Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development.
- Experience with learning programmes and digital platforms.
- Experience in international, matrix organisations.
Mansioni
- Define and implement group learning strategy and pathways.
- Lead Talent Review, People Review and succession planning processes.
- Develop talent pipelines and career development opportunities.
- Deliver reskilling and upskilling initiatives for capability transitions.
- Monitor learning impact and drive adoption of digital platforms (Docebo, Udemy).
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to align priorities with business needs.
