Sephora in Milan seeks a Head of Talent Development & Employer Branding to lead Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding. You will shape annual strategy, adapt HQ guidelines, design L&D projects, and drive an integrated talent development program that strengthens culture and employee engagement.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding or similar role.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding teams.
• Create annual talent development strategy aligned with company vision and business needs.
• Adapt European HQ guidelines to local context and needs.
• Design and drive L&D projects and a holistic employer branding program.
• Develop and deploy a company-wide communication strategy on LinkedIn and internal channels.
• Plan internal communications for Retail and Corporate populations.
• Coordinate educational actions and ensure coherence across messages.
• Organize motivating events with HRBP and manage department budget.
• Maintain continuous innovation in HR approaches and balance stakeholder needs.
