Sephora in Milan seeks a Category & Brand Planner to analyze categories, interpret weekly sell-out data, and shape brand strategies in line with Sephora goals. You will collaborate across Sales, Merchandising and Trade Marketing to optimize assortments, plan launches, and secure exclusive partnerships aligned with beauty trends.

You should bring 2–3 years in category, product management or operational marketing, strong numerical skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Fluent in Italian and English; excellent communication and partnership-building.
• Initiative, autonomy, discretion, and proactive work style.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Analyze and build recommendations on brand strategy for assigned categories.
• Perform weekly sell-out data analyses and define action plans to grow share.
• Develop and implement brand marketing plans and seek exclusivity partnerships.
• Adapt assortment and merchandising with Sales and Merchandising teams.
• Plan and secure key animation slots with appropriate product mix and trends.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize partnerships and exchange with central teams.
• Coordinate actions with Animation, Merchandising, Finance and Supply teams.
