Sephora in Milan is seeking an HRBP for the Retail Team to partner with Area Managers and drive people strategies across the store network.

You will define talent strategies, oversee talent reviews, and coordinate recruitment and development initiatives aligned with Sephora’s values and business goals. International travel may be required, and you’ll collaborate closely with the HR Department.

Competenze

• 5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Participate in defining payroll and people strategy with HR Director and Area Managers.
• Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; oversee talent management plans.
• Lead Talent Reviews and succession planning with business partners.
• Define a people strategy for assigned clients in alignment with Sephora's vision.
• Define recruitment needs with Area Manager and set the proper strategy.
• Monitor climate across the network and ensure fairness across areas.
• Lead communication between Area Managers, Stores and HR Department.
• Support development programs and deliver training strategies across Retail.
