Job summary

Aon is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Talent Data Solutions business in Italy, focusing on compensation data, surveys and related platforms. This role combines initiating new business opportunities with expanding relationships and revenues within existing clients.

You will lead the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and engage HR and C&B leaders to position Aon’s compensation data solutions.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
At least 3 years of commercial/sales experience, ideally with client acquisition and account management.
Experience in technology, software or data-driven solutions sales is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of HR, especially Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities for Talent Data Solutions in Italy.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to closing with HR and C&B leaders.
Build and manage a pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams in Italy and EMEA.
Maintain CRM accuracy and provide forecasting insights.
