Job summary

Aon is seeking a Rewards Consultant to join the Italy team in Milan to support Advisory and Data Solutions projects. You will contribute to compensation planning, job framework development, and incentive design while assisting clients with surveys and databases.

Collaborating with Italian HC leadership and EMEA teams, you will apply data-driven methodologies and tools to deliver high-quality solutions for HR and C&B partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, HR consulting, or a related analytical HR role.
• Exposure to compensation surveys, market benchmarking, grading/job evaluation, or pay structure design is advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory projects in Italy under the Rewards Lead and senior team members.
• Perform market benchmarking, pay structures analysis, and incentive design evaluations.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and workshops ensuring alignment with methodologies.
• Manage client meetings to present analyses, gather requirements and record decisions.
