Aon in Milan seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the Talent Data Solutions business in Italy, selling compensation data, surveys and platforms. You will lead new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients, driving pipeline and revenue in a fast-moving market.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engage HR and C&B leaders, collaborate with local and EMEA teams, and demonstrate how data-driven rewards solutions can inform talent

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, economics, business administration, marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably in client acquisition and account management.
• Experience in technology, software or data-driven solutions sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR, Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Fluency in English (C1-C2); knowledge of a third European language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for Talent Data Solutions (compensation surveys, databases, platforms).
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Manage defined accounts, deepen relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
