Aon Corporation is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our Talent Data Solutions business in Italy. You will build a strong pipeline, lead the full sales cycle, and position our compensation data, surveys and platforms to HR and C&B leaders.

Based in Milan, you will work with local and EMEA teams to expand relationships and revenue, leveraging data-driven rewards solutions to support clients’ talent and business strategies.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of commercial / sales experience.
• Experience in technology, software or data-driven solutions sales is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Talent Data Solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects in Italy.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, closing.
• Engage with HR, C&B and Finance leaders to understand needs and position solutions.
• Coordinate with CRM, client success, consulting and product teams to ensure value.
