Job summary

Unox S.p.A. in Campodarsego, Padova, Italy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing, agency coordination, and talent-pipeline development, with an emphasis on on-site operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, strong English/Italian skills, and a degree in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics. Excellent public speaking and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Italian; language assessment via telephone.
• French and/or Spanish is a plus.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with initiative.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site; no remote work.
• Stress management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment management: job posting, screening, interviews.
• Active candidate sourcing through channels, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Staffing agency management with external partners for permanent/temp staffing.
• Participate in Career Days to build a talent pool.
